Venue: Our nest for the weekend
Our retreat will unfold amidst the serene beauty of Tree Elements, a unique retreat center surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed treehouses. Here, you will find the perfect setting to unplug, immerse in nature, and rediscover balance.
- Treehouses (Earth, Wind, Water): Each treehouse, inspired by the elements of nature, features a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace with stunning forest views. Each house accommodates two participants, with individual beds to ensure privacy and comfort. Sustainability is at the core of their design, with eco-friendly systems for cooling, heating, and waste management.
- Main House (Ether): A spacious retreat area featuring a living room, dining space, kitchen, and additional accommodations for up to six participants.
- Surroundings: Nestled in nature, just a few minutes away from the river, the outdoor space is exclusively for our group. It’s the perfect setting for outdoor workshops, reflection, and connecting with the natural beauty around us.

The property is a 1-hour 30-minute drive from Croatia’s capital city, Zagreb, and its international airport.

- Daily yoga and meditation sessions to start your mornings with intention and presence.

Expression time (art sessions):
- Creativity is a powerful tool for self-expression and emotional healing. Through collaborative art-making, such as Colour Conversations and linocut printing, you’ll discover the joy of creating and the freedom it brings, allowing you to explore and celebrate your inner world.

Time for reflection:
- N.E.S.T. workshops, led by Ivana, will take place in a serene natural setting near the river, offering a peaceful space for reflection, sharing, and connection. Through a variety of exercises and practices, these sessions are designed to help you connect with your needs, gain self-awareness, and foster a deeper bond with yourself and others.
- Time for introspection in the tranquil embrace of nature.
Late night practices:
- Dedicated time for self-care with calming routines and practices you can integrate into your daily life.
- Massages, dancing, and more surprises we’re keeping just for you!
Nutritious and healthy food:
- Nutritious meals from local farmers (light breakfast, brunch and late lunch)

Day 1: Nurture
We cultivate a sense of self-care and compassion, nurturing our bodies and minds like tender seedlings. Through mindful movement and breath, we awaken the sacred space within, allowing ourselves to receive love and kindness. Let this day be a reminder that nurturing ourselves is the first step towards flourishing.
Day 2: Embrace
In the gentle embrace of the morning sun, we begin our journey inward. As we flow into the second day, we open our hearts to the beauty of acceptance. We embrace our true selves, with all our strengths and imperfections. Through the practice of yoga, we learn to welcome each emotion and thought, creating a safe haven within. Our art and creative workshops will further enhance this theme, allowing us to express our authenticity in vibrant and meaningful ways. Together, we celebrate the power of vulnerability, finding strength in our connection with one another.
Day 3: Surrender
On this day, we let go of the need to control and trust the rhythm of life. Surrendering is not giving up; it’s an invitation to flow with the currents of existence. Through deep stretches and meditative practices, we release tension and invite peace. We will learn to trust the process, allowing ourselves to be guided, finding freedom in letting go, ending the day with a beautiful fire ceremony.
Day 4: Thrive
As we reach the culmination of our retreat, we celebrate growth and transformation. Today is about thriving—embracing the energy of vitality and joy that comes from within. Through invigorating practices, we ignite our passions and dreams, stepping into our power. Let this day be a celebration of our journey, as we carry the lessons learned here into the world, flourishing in our true essence.









Meet the team
Dinah is a Yoga teacher, Eurythmist and Movement Therapist (in progress) who brings a sense of comfort and safety to everyone around her. She believes that movement and creativity are powerful ways to express ourselves and the very essence of life itself. Dinah loves helping people find their own unique way to move, encouraging kindness toward themselves and others. Her approach is gentle and inspiring, making every session feel like a safe space to grow, heal, and simply be.



Ivana, from Croatia, is a psychologist, sports and fitness coach, and a psychotherapist in training who brings a fresh, inspiring energy to everything she does. She’s passionate about combining movement and mental wellness, helping people take care of their minds and bodies in a balanced way. Ivana’s open-minded and motivating approach makes it easy for others to feel empowered and ready to embrace change. With her, every step forward feels possible, and every moment is an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.

We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs:
- Full Payment: Pay the total amount in one installment.
- Two Installments: Split the payment into two stages: 50% upon registration and the remaining 50% by April 1st, 2025.
- Three Installments: Pay in three equal parts: the first upon registration, the second by March 1st, 2025, and the final installment by April 1st, 2025.
